The History Education Research Journal is the official journal and owned by the History Educators International Research Network (HEIRNET - https://heirnetonline.com), an organisation that brings together colleagues from around the world interested in History’s civilising, cultural, educational, moral, social, political and citizenship roles.

The journal is also supported by the Historical Association (https://www.history.org.uk/publications/categories/international-journal-of-historical-learning/info).
